
The CAA Conditioning Program is excited to bring our sponsor RedZone Florida along with other CAA supporters to Plantation Park for a Combine Kickoff Event! Parents and children can experience combine testing events such as:

Come out and see if you measure up to high school and collegiate numbers. After you have had some fun, register for our CAA Youth Summer Conditioning Camp and then stay and watch the best athletes in North Florida set records during their combine testing. It’s a great opportunity to kick off the spring and summer seasons at CAA and see many of our CAA alumni and hometown athletes firsthand before they leave this summer to play for NCAA Division 1, 2 & 3 schools for the 2012-2013 school year.

When: Monday, June 11 thru Thursday, July 19 (M, T & Th for 6 Weeks)*
Where: Plantation Park On the Grass & Turf Field
Ages: Boys & Girls 6-14 Years Old
Cost: $95 Per Participant (for 3 One-Hour Training Days Per Week)
Online Registration: Will Open April 15th and Run Through May 15th
Late Registration: Available On June11th Before Your Child’s Age Hour
NOTE: A $10 Late Fee Is Required if Registering on the First Day of Camp
Creeks Athletic Association is proud to offer the 2012 Youth Summer Conditioning Camp for ages 6-14 yrs old at Plantation Park. Our Conditioning Camp introduces and reinforces common training techniques for all ages through the use of plyometrics, speed and agility, resistance, and strength training. CAA’s Conditioning Camp includes (3) one-hour training days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) for six weeks and begins Monday, June 11th and ends Thursday, July 19th.
Summer Camp Sessions Are As Follows:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30-6:30PM (Co-Ed 11-14 Years Old)

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30-7:30PM (Co-Ed 6-10 Years Old)
Registration begins Saturday, April 14th at Plantation Park during our CAA Combine Kickoff Event from 9-11AM and 5-6PM. Online Registration will also open on April 15th and run thru May 15th. Late registration will be available on Monday, June 11th before your child’s conditioning program.
Important Reminder: A $10 late fee will be required if registering after May 15th
Our CAA Summer Conditioning Camp programs are designed for children minimum age 6 years old and maximum age 14 years old. Participants age 6-10 will use natural body weight, small medicine balls, and speed/resistance cords during single joint exercise. Participants age 11-14 will work with small weights, sleds, and speed/resistance bands in multi-joint exercises. Attendance is not mandatory for every session, but is strongly suggested.
*Note: There will be no camp on July 4-5 due to the holiday
