Creeks Athletic Association is proud to offer the 2012 Youth Summer Conditioning Camp for ages 6-14 yrs old at Plantation Park. Our Conditioning Camp introduces and reinforces common training techniques for all ages through the use of plyometrics, speed and agility, resistance, and strength training. CAA’s Conditioning Camp includes (3) one-hour training days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) for six weeks and begins Monday, June 11th and ends Thursday, July 19th.

Summer Camp Sessions Are As Follows:

  • NEW for Girls ONLY! 9-14 Years Old — Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30-6:30PM
  • CAA Summer Conditioning Camp Online Registration Is Now OPENCo-Ed 11-14 Years Old Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30-6:30PM
  • Co-Ed 6-10 Years Old Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30-7:30PM
Our CAA Summer Conditioning Camp programs are designed for children minimum age 6 years old and maximum age 14 years old. Participants age 6-10 will use natural body weight, small medicine balls, and speed/resistance cords during single joint exercise. Participants age 11-14 will work with small weights, sleds, and speed/resistance bands in multi-joint exercises. Attendance is not mandatory for every session, but is strongly suggested.

Attention CAA Members: 2011-2012 CAA Scholarship Applications Are Now Being Accepted for Graduating HS Seniors

2011-2012 CAA Scholarship Apply Now >>Click HereThe Creeks Athletic Association (CAA) is proud to announce that we are once again offering a scholarship for the graduating Class of 2012.

The CAA Scholarship will be awarded to three graduating high school seniors who have:
  1. Participated in any of the CAA Leagues at any time as a youth.
  2. Has excelled in their academic performance.
  3. Has shown leadership in community services and extracurricular activities.
There will be three awards given out again this year. Each award will be for $1000 dollars and will be announced and awarded by June 30th.

The purpose of CAA is to foster and encourage interest and participation in recreational and competitive athletics in NW St Johns County parks with primary emphasis on youth sports league play in our area, including safety and the purchase, lease or rental of fields & facilities, the purchase of necessary equipment, the organization of required staff and volunteers, and to do all other matters pertinent and appropriate to such purpose through volunteer efforts, fund raising and membership fees. Furthermore, CAA’s purpose is to educate, teach and train our members in athletics, sportsmanship and fair play, and to do all things necessary for this purpose. In addition, CAA provides a safe environment and will interface with the St Johns County Recreation & Parks Department to help make Northwestern St Johns County’s youth recreational needs known. We are making every effort to keep our membership costs down so our program is affordable for everyone in our community. Please note, CAA is a not-for-profit organization.
