2012 Discounted Group Ticket Information
For All Our CAA Friends & Families!

Attention CAA Shark Fin-atics,

For your convenience, the Jacksonville Sharks has provided an easy way for our CAA Members to purchase Sharks tickets at a discounted price.

Follow the instructions below to take advantage of this special opportunity for all our CAA Families & Friends. Depending on your ticket choice, you will SAVE $10 or $6.50 off your tickets!

PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS

GO to jaxsharks.com
On the far right of the top navigation menu bar put your cursor over “TEAM SHOP”
When sub menu appears CLICK on “Group Tickets”
After the Group Tickets page loads, CLICK on the icon “ORDER YOUR GROUP TICKETS”
On the log in page, ENTER the following Username & Password (Case Sensitive) and CLICK “Log-In”
- Username: CAA
- Password: champs
Once logged in, you will see a seating chart. Select your ticket option and CLICK on the corresponding ticket icon
Confirm seating selection and CLICK “Purchase”
Enter ticket purchase amount in your Shopping Cart and CLICK on “Save Changes” box (first box on the left) IMPORTANT: If you do not save, only one ticket will be purchased on check-out
After ticket quantity has been saved, CLICK on “Check Out” box (last box on the right)
You will now need to register with the Sharks Team Shop site with your personal information. The username and password you create holds the information to your personal information. This information is completely secure and can only be accessed by you when you log in to the Sharks Team Shop. You will use this unique username and password to complete your transaction. CLICK on “Register…” box to begin your account set up.
Fill in all the fields and CLICK “Register” to complete the transaction
CLICK on the “Proceed to Payment…” box
Enter your Payment Method and information in the Sharks Team Shop SECURE PAYMENT FORM and CLICK on the “Submit Securely” button to complete your payment
Print a copy of your ticket order for your reference
Pick up tickets at will call the day of game

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets must be ordered BEFORE 5PM the day before each game. The ordering process will be shut down at 5PM the night before each game to fulfill orders. The seats, rows & sections are determined after the jaxsharks website has shut down and based off best available. Tickets can only be purchased game by game. To ensure seating with friends, order tickets under one name. Tickets can ONLY be picked up at will call on game day.
